We bake made-to-order, high-protein muffins designed for the movers, the shakers, and the "I don't have time for a sit-down breakfast" makers. Born in the Kitchen, Raised in the Box

Like all the best things in life, this started with a mom, a kitchen, and a problem. Kelly and Valerie are Austin parents and fitness junkies who noticed a gap in the market: their son’s grueling training schedule required serious fuel, but the "convenient" snacks available were mostly just processed junk in shiny wrappers.

Valerie did what any caring parent would do—she went to the kitchen and started tinkering. What began as a simple way to support their son's athletic dreams turned into a recipe that worked too well to keep secret.

Kelly, with years of restaurant kitchen grit under his belt, saw the bigger picture. He knew that elite-level fuel shouldn't be complicated or taste like cardboard. It should be accessible, reliable, and—dare we say—delicious.
